Symphonic Node

Our recommodation for the first of May 2015 is the Symphonic Node at the village of Paliomylos that is built in one of the most beautiful localities of Marathasa, in the southerners sides of Troodos, Cyprus.

Symphonic Node is organized by the art and research collective – pick nick – and it will take place on May 1st at 12:00 pm at Paliomylos.

What is the magic about hair? Why does it carry such a symbolism? Factually hair is made of a tough protein called keratin.  In the hair bulb, living cells divide and grow to build the hair shaft.

Anish Kapoor: the wizard of forms

The first solo show of British artist Anish Kapoor in Turkey opens on September, 10th 2013, in the Sakıp Sabancı Museum in Istanbul. Some of his works will be also presented at the Akbank Sanat gallery on Istiklal Street, Istanbul. British Curator Norman Rosenthal, who also curated Kapoors current exhibition in the Martin Gropius Bau in Berlin, will be present with the artist at the opening.

Another Reality

It is a powerful metaphor for the contemporary fragility of life. With a remarkable impact, it accentuates the continuous presence of the past, contained within all of us.
