He is the only German artist, who isn’t ridiculed by the title “magnificant Friedrich”. F.K. Waechter (1937-2005) was one of the founder of the most radical Satire magazines in Germany. He kept focusing on questioning the stupidity of false rules in children’s education lifelong. This aspect was even more important to him then any daily political scandal. For him the alteration of “the common sense” wasn’t a side subject, but the essence of change.
Muhteşem Friedrich dediğimiz tek bu ünvandan dolayı gülünç olmayan Alman sanatçı. En radikal mizah dergilerin kurucusuydu. Aynı zaman hayatı boyunca çoçuk eğitiminde anlamsız kuralları sorguluyordu. Bu mevzu herhangi günlük gündeminden daha önemliydi Waechter için. Ezberi bozmak onun için değişimin kaynağıydı.
