Dilex direniyor, Dilex for Gezi

Dileks is a Cartoon Character created by Turkish Cartoonist Betül Yılmaz. It is a graphic novel published in serials in the Feminist Cartoon Magazine “Bayan Yanı”.

In the Video Drawings and original sound of the Protests in Istanbul are mixed.

In the July 2013 issue Nr.21 Bayan Yanı reflects the Gezi Potests. Dileks takes the bright side of the protests. Like it is her style usually. She loved listening to the Piano Player and laying dowm in the Gezi Park in June and is ready for another love affair.
